The Women’s Empowerment Council is a global organization dedicated to helping women achieve their full potential in their careers, businesses, and personal lives. We believe that successful women role models can inspire and empower other women to pursue their own happiness, success, and prosperity.

To support this goal, we are aiming to host educational seminars and conventions that provide women with valuable training and networking opportunities. Our aim is to offer role models who are strong and inspiring, along with the necessary resources, to help women achieve their goals and realize their full potential. By investing in women's professional and personal development, we believe that they will gain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. We are creating a supportive community where women can find motivation and inspiration to pursue their passions and ambitions.

WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT (WE) CONVENTION

Our founder, Mila Smart Semeshkina, has dedicated her life to improving the lives of people through education. While education is a powerful tool, women also need sources of inspiration, creativity, and excitement to thrive. The WE Convention is an annual event that provides a platform for women to speak out, share success stories, empower each other, and step up in their roles, enabling women to define new goals and tackle new challenges.

The WE Convention is aimed at creating a community of like-minded partners from across the globe. The purpose of this event is to bring our community together, share ideas and inspire one another. Guests of the WE Convention have confidence in us and the speakers we choose to speak with. Girls are also encouraged to participate because they will be the leaders of tomorrow.

In 2021, Mila Semeshkina founded the Women's Empowerment Council with the belief that women are best equipped to support and empower other women.
